We are currently travelling and booked an appointment with Dr Simon Chua. The receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly, especially when I was changing appointments and requiring blood tests. The doctor is one of the best I have been to. He was very kind and patient and thorough. I absolutely recommend this surgery 100%.

Dr Ban one of the best doctor I have ever meet she is very kind understanding doctor. She has been my GP for years I always travel 1hour to see her. I couldn’t thanks her enough for whatever she’s done for me for all this years. Thank you Dr Ban you’re amazing.

It goes without saying that we love Doctor Southern and followed him to this centre, but the reception staff are such a breath of fresh air. I would get such anxiety calling his old medical centre as the reception were cold and abrasive to say the least. Janice, Karen and the other ladies at reception are always so kind, compassionate and helpful. I never get anxious calling, even when I need to be fussy around times due to work. The ladies always go out of their way to be helpful and empathetic and it really does make such a difference.

Following Dr Verma from Derby Street, he was a Fabulous Doctor but has now left for the UK. I miss our Banter & the Fact the Medical Centre has NO Bulk Billing Doctors. Hoping this Changes sooner than later !! I find Front Desk Ladies very Accommodating when Calling or in Person. Treatment Room with James is Fabulous, he goes that extra mile & very Knowledgeable too ! I have also seen Dr Ban who was so Approachable & Kind I now see Dr Simon Chua, very Professional of course but I miss Doctor Verma. & Ps Bulk Billing !!

Dr Ban has been mine and kids GP for years. She's been absolutely fabulous and we love her so much. Dr Clarke has been my mother's GP and late grandfather's GP for years. We also see him if we can't see Dr Ban. He is also amazing. Not for the easily offended, but he tells it how it is and is extremely attentive. No idea what's with the receptionist reviews? Never once in 12 years have i ever had an issue.

My family has been seeing our GP, who practices in this clinic, for over 34 years. The receptionists and nurses are all terrific and caring people. I'd never go anywhere else.

James the male nurse who administers injections and other medical needs to patients is absolutely wonderful. So caring, informative and professional. Truly cares about patient care. I go regularly for Prolia and other treatments. Thank you for your helpful assistance and advice. Rhonda Sutton

Early 2025, I suffered serious burns to my torso in a work incident and visited Penrith Medical Centre to see my doctor Vishal Verma, but he was on leave. I was seen immediately by Dr Ban who supervised the treatment and dressings by Nurse Bronwyn. Their attention to my condition was handled promptly and with professional care, which I'm sure were at least equal or better than a visit to the hospital. My subsequent visits to the Treatment Room to be treated by Bronwyn over the next couple of weeks were at all times, personally supervised by Dr Ban. When Dr Verma departed the Practice I had no hesitation in asking Dr Ban if she would be my GP.... and delighted when she agreed. This lady is a real gem. Her medical knowledge, diagnostic skills, attention to detail and professional acumen are top shelf. So glad our paths crossed as a result of the burns incident!

Great doctors (love our gp Dr. Chua) & finally maybe great reception staff too. Young new receptionist (didn’t get her name) was welcoming, actually looked at me when she spoke & looks very professional. It made such a positive difference from my previous visits & dealings with reception. First impressions really do matter. Well done.

Our family of 5 has had the pleasure of having Dr. Ban Abdulabas as our GP for almost 2 years. She is so incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. She is an amazing listener and answers all of our questions and concerns with such attention to detail. She has taken amazing care of all of us! We move around a lot for my husband’s job, and she is the best GP we have ever had. The ladies at reception have been helpful and polite with scheduling appointments. James and the team in the immunizations room are also so kind and positive. We will miss this clinic when we leave the area, but we’re thankful we were able to come here for the past 2 years.
